mymuesli cereal schlanker leben plan phase 2

Phase 2

If you’ve been following my blog, you might already know that I’m doing the Schlanker leben plan from mymuesli, and that I just finished my third week! YAY! :) This means I’m halfway through the program, which was supposed to be six weeks long, a cereal box for each week, but it lasts longer on me. Maybe it is because I get full pretty fast, and end up having a little less cereal than what is suggested…or maybe it’s because last week, there was a day when I had cookies for breakfast…oops! Will blame it on the flavor, which now is a new one! A way more delicious one, with cranberries and raspberries on it. It might be a little sour, but still refreshing and perfect for this spring-like weather.

I feel like in the last my stomach desinflated, and some blouses fit different already! But I’m doing this plan to eat healthier…and loose weight because of that. And that’s why I totally recommend you to try these products, or any other kind of muesli that’s available in your country. If you just want to try them, or eat them every once in a while…they have these on-the-go packages, with different flavors. Or, you could also try mixing your own muesli…how fun is that?! Mine would have bananas, coconut, white chocolate… mmm!

If you want to read more about this plan does, you can check the previous posts (my muesli, week 1 and week 2)

I haven’t been eating muesli in ages because I entirely switched my breakfast to porridge… like every day! And I love it :D
